Ingredients:
Churros:
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Chocolate Dip:
  • 4 oz bittersweet baking chocolate, chopped
  • 1 /2  cup heavy cream
  • 1 /2 tsp vanilla
How to Make it:
  1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring water, salt, and 1/4 cup butter to a boil. Add flour and mix until the dough begins to pull away from the edges of the pan and a film develops on the bottom. Add eggs, stirring constantly until smooth after each addition. Allow 30 minutes for the dough to chill.
  2. In an air fryer basket, pipe 6 (3-inch long) pieces with a piping bag in a single layer. Cook at 193°C until golden. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
  3. Combine the sugar and cinnamon. Brush the remaining 2 tbsp melted butter on the fried churros and roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.
  4. To heat the chocolate in kitchenware like a microwave. Combine the chocolate, vanilla, and cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Then microwave on high settings for 30 seconds. Churros should be served with chocolate dip.

 

Mozzarella Sticks

These mozzarella sticks are perfect to cook with your kitchenware. These snacks will surely leave a mark on you and your family with their cheesy goodness.

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 550 g mozzarella cheese
  • Olive oil spray
How to Make it:
  1. On a plate, combine the flour and garlic powder. Season it with salt and pepper and in a separate bowl, whisk the eggs. On another plate, add the Panko breadcrumbs.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into 2 cm thick slices and then into long sticks. Coat the cheese sticks with flour. Then dip the sticks in the beaten eggs and roll them on the breadcrumbs. Do this in batches. Place them on a tray and freeze until the mixture is stiff.
  3. Carefully coat mozzarella sticks with oil. Cook them in an air fryer in batches at 180°C for 4 1/2 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Serve with a dipping sauce like salsa or avocado dip.

Bacon and cheese croquettes

If you want something that your kids will love, these croquettes cooked with kitchenware like an air fryer will be a craze for their hungry tummies!

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g (2 cups) panko breadcrumbs
  • 80 g (1 cup) grated cheese
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 4 pieces of chopped bacon
  • 4 cups of mashed potatoes or 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 50g (1/3 cup) flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make it:
  1. Heat a pot of salted water until it boils. Add the potatoes and stir occasionally until the potatoes are firm and tender. Then drain the water.
  2. Heat the butter and milk in a small saucepan over low heat until the butter is melted. Blend the butter-milk mixture into the potatoes with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the bacon, cheese, and green onion to the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Mix until everything is well blended. Form a ball with 2 level tablespoons of the ingredients. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
  4. In three separate bowls, add the flour in one bowl, whisk the eggs in another bowl, and add the breadcrumbs in the third bowl.  Roll one ball in flour. Shake off excess flour. Then dip the potato ball in egg and roll it in breadcrumbs to coat it. Place it on a plate. Repeat with remaining balls. Cool them in the fridge for 15-30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Then in batches, place the croquettes inside the air fryer for 8-10 minutes to cook or until they turn golden.

 

Donuts

Craving for donuts? These donuts will capture your heart with its melt-in-your-mouth, fluffy goodness. You just need a bit of effort to make them in your available kitchenware, but they’re good as the ones you buy or deep fry at home.

Ingredients:
Donuts:
  • 280 g (2 cups + 3 tbsp) all purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 40 g melted butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp of yeast
Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
Sugar glaze Coating:
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 40g melted butter
How to Make it:
  1. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, and nutmeg. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, egg, and yeast. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the bowl with dry ingredients. Mix using an electric stand mixer on high for 3 minutes or knead the dough manually by hand.
  2. Once you’re done mixing, place the dough in a bowl and cover it with cling wrap. Wait for the dough to rise for 2 hours.
  3. When the dough has tripled in size, roll it for about 1 inch in thickness on a flat surface with a rolling pin. Use a donut cutter or form it into balls.
  4. Brush the donuts with melted butter and allow them to rise for 30-45 minutes.
  5. Prepare your kitchenware by preheating the air fryer to 180°C and brushing the air fryer basket with oil. Place the donuts inside gently and cook them in 3 minutes. Remember to cook them in batches.
  6. To coat them in cinnamon sugar, combine cinnamon and sugar. Brush the donuts with melted butter and roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. To glaze, combine milk, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Dip the donuts in the glaze and leave them on a wire rack for 10 minutes to set and dry.

Banana Muffins

These banana muffins are very fluffy and moist when cooked using this kitchenware. They’re healthy and good for a quick snack or a dessert!
Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 150g (1 cup) flour
  • 60g (1/3 cup) brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) buttermilk
  • Maple syrup
How to Make it:
  1. In a small dish, mash the bananas with a fork. Set them aside for the meantime.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar using a whisk. Combine the egg, oil, and buttermilk in a mixing bowl. Stir the ingredients until it is completely mixed. Add the banana and mix well.
  3. Preheat your kitchenware to 180°C. Half of the mixture should be divided among 9 patty casings. Cook for another 8-10 minutes, or until the muffins are done. Place on a wire rack to cool and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
  4. While the muffins are still warm, brush the tops with maple syrup. If desired, drizzle with additional maple syrup and serve warm.
