Personal shoppers were assigned per location to ensure that all queries and orders are served in a timely and efficient manner. Customers need to send first their grocery list using an order form from All Day. A personal shopper when then collate the items and confirm availability of products and alternatives with customer. Customers will then settle their bill via cash, credit/debt card or bank transfer on delivery.

More retail brands inside Vista Mall offer the same personal shopper service to its customers. For fitness buffs or those who just want to start leading an active and healthy lifestyle, AllSports has also assigned personal shoppers to their stores.

To keep kids entertained or for other home or school supplies, AllToys and Finds, A Discount Store also have personal shoppers available to assist customers and enable them to shop freely yet safely.

These personal shopper services can be availed through Viber, a free messaging application that enables users to send messages and photos to one another when connected to the internet.

As businesses start to reopen, most industries are now faced with unprecedented challenges and in order to provide a sense of normalcy to customers, Vista Mall continues to work hard with its business partners in coming up with alternative ways to shop safely and securely in the midst of this new normal.
