THE VILLAR group said it wants to build up to 40 AllHome stores, its full-service home furnishing shop, in the next three years in preparation for a planned stock market listing.

All Value Holdings Corp. Chairman Manuel B. Villar, Jr. said AllHome may debut on the Philippine Stock Exchange once it has a network of 30-40 stores, which may likely be hit in the next three years.

The planned listing will not include his other retail businesses, Mr. Villar told reporters last Thursday.
