Property tycoon Manuel Villar Jr. has opened his 17th retail hub in the Philippines under the brand All Home, touted as the country’s first and only full-line home center, in mixed-use estate Global South in Las Piñas.

In a briefing yesterday, Villar said his target would be to bring the All Home network to 28 by next year.

All Value Holdings Corp., the retail investment arm of the Villar group of companies, unveiled its latest four-in-one complex, Global South, consisting of a home-and-builders center, supermarket, bakeshop and the group’s signature coffee shop, Coffee Project.
