Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc., the leading property developer of the Villar group of companies will be spending almost P5 billion to build four new malls including one in Cagayan de Oro City.

In an article from Manila Standard, an executive of Vista Land was quoted as saying the construction of the said malls will be funded thru the P5 billion bonds the firm recently listed at the Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp.
